One group that has
mastered the sounds of many popular styles
is
Traces. This seven piece group is rich in
rhythms, vocal textures, harmonies, featuring
a richly layered brass section. They also
boast a repertoire rich enough to please
any listener who loves to dance. Traces
are a rare combination of energetic, enthusiastic,
well seasoned musicians. Traces was conceived
in the Spring of 1999, with three local
musicians and has now flourished into a
seven piece dance band. This band really
connects with a party crowd. “We are
most at home in front of a large dance floor.
It feels great when we perform and see people
having a good time.
